The Eurasia Energy Observer is an independent online medium that reports on the energy sectors of Russia, the Caspian and Central Asia. The Eurasia Energy Observer acknowledges the increasing importance of the Eurasian continent as a producer and exporter of natural resources, especially energy, to global markets. The steep increase of future global energy demand and the crucial role of the Eurasian region as an important energy producer and supplier for global markets is increasing the demand for more insight into the region. We want to satisfy this growing need for objective and concise information about this sector and this region.
The Eurasia Energy Observer's editor-in-chief is drs. Andrej Tibold MA. He is a regional expert on Eurasia and has a Master's degree in East-European and Russia Studies. He is regularly consulted by international media on Eurasian energy affairs and has an editorial background as a freelance journalist. He speaks Dutch, English, German, Russian and Bosnian-Serbian-Croatian.
